Responsibilities
* Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common spaces, following established standards.
* Use cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently to ensure optimal results without waste.
* Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper to maintain continuous availability.
* Follow safety protocols and proper handling procedures for cleaning chemicals and equipment.
* Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to ensure swift resolution.
* Maintain a high level of professionalism and attention to detail in all cleaning tasks.
* Adhere to scheduled cleaning routines and prioritize tasks to meet operational deadlines.

Phase 1: The Associate (First 60 Days)
Starting Pay: $15.00/hr
Focus: Mastering the "Kept Signature" standards.
The Goal: Complete your initial Learning Path and shadow our top leads.
Phase 2: Certified Technician
Pay Increase: $17.00/hr
Focus: Independence and Reliability.
Requirement: Successfully complete your 2-month training period with a 4.5+ star rating in the Client Portal.
Phase 3: Precision Specialist
Pay Potential: $19.00 - $21.00/hr
Focus: Mastery of "The Precision Revival" (Deep Cleans) and "Turnkey Transformations."
Requirement: Complete advanced certifications in our Training Hub and maintain high-efficiency routing.
Phase 4: Team Lead & Trainer
Pay Potential: $22.00 - $25.00/hr
Focus: Leadership and Quality Control.
The Role: Manage a pod of cleaners, conduct on-site audits via the Admin Dashboard, and mentor new Associates.
