1. The 24-Hour Feedback Window
We highly value your feedback as it helps us maintain our standard of excellence.
If there are any concerns, issues, or areas that fall short of your expectations during your scheduled service, clients must contact our office within 24 hours of the completion of the cleaning.

2. The Kept Clean Service Guarantee
Our Promise: If any area is not cleaned to your satisfaction, please notify us within that 24-hour window, and we will return to address and re-clean the specific issue at no additional charge.
Prompt Resolution: Our goal is to resolve any missed details promptly so that you can continue to enjoy your impeccably kept space.

3. Refund Policy
Please note that Kept Clean does not offer cash refunds for services rendered. Our commitment is to correct any oversights through our 24-Hour Service Guarantee, ensuring the work is completed to the Kept Clean Standard.

4. How to Report an Issue
To activate the guarantee, please reach out to us via phone or email, or Kept Connect portal within 24 hours of your service, providing a brief description (and photos, if applicable) of the area in question. We will prioritize your request and dispatch a team member to correct the issue as quickly as possible.
